Terms of Use

These terms set out the rules and commercial use guidelines for this tool (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

This is an English translation of the Japanese terms. If there is any difference between the two, the Japanese version prevails.

License and commercial use

Charts, images and videos you create with the Service may, in principle, be used free of charge by both individuals and businesses.

Conditions for commercial use: if you use your creations in monetized YouTube videos, company websites, presentations, news media, promotional materials or similar, a credit is required.

How to credit: place one of the following credits near your creation or in an easy-to-find place such as the content’s description.

  • Created with GraphRace Studio
  • Made with GraphRace Studio (URL)

Future changes to the terms and the Service

Future updates to the Service may add features, introduce user accounts, or separate free and paid features.

As a result, we may change these terms or the commercial use license (for example, by introducing a paid license). When we do, we will announce a reasonable transition period and clear rules for content created before the change.

Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Use images or videos created with the Service in content that is illegal or offensive to public order and morals.
  • Reuse the Service’s source code or design to redistribute or publish a competing service.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service, for example by placing excessive load on servers or networks.
